To whom it may concern,

When the time came for my company to source a new supplier for packaging materials, a representative of Allen Paper and Supply requested they be welcomed a quote. I did accept the quote and found the pricing highly attractive. I then placed the order with two separate delivery dates, trying to anticipate my needs to ship my products. I then discovered that I had underestimated my needs and spoke to the folks at APS and they graciously moved up the delivery by a full 30 days.

The reason I am writing this is that after I moved up the date. I found that I had run out of this critical packaging and would be unable to ship without getting at least five sets of boxes and inserts. I contacted my representative who immediately got in his automobile and did whatever was necessary to bring me nine sets of the packaging that day so that I could ship my orders and keep my customers happy and satisfied.
